PROGRAM

DAY 1 -Mardin - Kırklar Church - Ulu Mosque - Kasımiye Madrasa

After getting our breakfast prepared with local riches, we start to get to know Mardin (extra) museum city with our guide waiting for us at Mardin Airport. Following the information we will receive from the church official, we will see and photograph the Mardin Museum, Latifiye Mosque and one of the most important buildings of the region with a walk through the narrow streets of Mardin.

Then, we visit the PTT building which has hosted many series and films. After learning the philosophy of the iwan in the culture of Southeastern Anatolia in this extraordinary architecture which gives education in the equivalent of university during the Seljuk period, we turn our route to our hotel. Dinner and accomodation in our hotel.

DAY 2 -  Midyat - Estel - Mor Barsarmo Church - Mor Sharbel Church - Mor Abraham Monastery - Mor Gabriel Monastery-Dara Ancient City

After the open buffet breakfast we will receive in our hotel, we turn to Deyrulzafaran Monastery which is the center of the Assyrian people in the world until 1932. and the ruins of the castle (Daras Anastasiupolis), churches, bridges, water canals, water cisterns, arasta, rock tombs and civil settlement buildings. Our bilateral relations with the local people and the races to offer us the subtleties of Mesopotamian hospitality will once again prove how strong tolerance and love are in the region. We move to Midyat called Küçük Mardin.
