What kind of activities are there?

On the search page, you can filter many outdoor sports and experience-requiring activities, like paragliding, kitesurfing, diving, snowboarding, skiing, ballooning, rock climbing, sailing, camping, etc., by various criteria (price, location, type, etc.). If you wish, activities you can do alone or with your friends, sister, brother, sweatheart, spouse or family are waiting for you.

The activity you’ll love, you’ll say “it was worth doing it”, that will add spice and zest to your life, that may become your passion is just two clicks away from you.

How do I pay? Is it secure?

You can make a secure payment with your credit card. Our payment infrastructure is provided by IYZICO used in many e-commerce platforms in Turkey.

Is my credit card information safe at you?

Your credit card information is never stored in our systems. Your payment is instantly transmitted via internet to IYZICO in an encrypted manner and it is affected according to your bank’s 3D security criteria.

How can I process booking?

You can accomplish booking in a few steps in 1-2 minutes.

1) From the activities, choose the ”Make Booking” step on the product’s page that you would like to book.

2) On Information-input page, mark the number of persons you will make a booking for and the desired dates and options along with the information about “first name, family name cell phone, and email” information.

3) Choose the “Do Payment” step on the Payment page and complete your booking by entering your credit card details.

4) Our service provider will confirm your booking as soon as possible, and a confirmation message will be sent to your specified email address along with your booking number.

Note: If you wish, you can become a member of our system and make your booking by simply entering your contact details.

I will make a booking but I have some questions I want to ask you. What can I do?

You have read the product details and frequently asked questions. If you still have any questions which are not answered here, you can ask us any questions you may have. We will return to you as soon as possible.

How can I become a member of Aktivido? How to sign up?

You can easily sign up by entering your email, telephone and password in the “Sign Up” section located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

How can I view my bookings?

You can view all your booking information on your ”Profile” page by entering your email and password in the “Log In” section located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

I want to cancel my booking. How can I do it?

To cancel your booking, log in to your “Profile” page by entering your email and password in the “Log In” field located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. You can cancel your booking by pressing the “Cancel” button if your booking has not expired or the mentioned “Last cancellation date” has not passed.

I will cancel my booking, but can I get a refund?

Please note that the cancellation and refund policy for the activity you have booked are included in the product content you received. You can get a full or partial refund according to that information. In the case of a cancellation request that does not match the specified terms, no refund will be made, however, in general, you can cancel your booking with full refund in many products until two days before the activity date.

My refund request was rejected because it did not comply with the cancellation/refund policy. What can I do?

Sorry. You are not entitled to a refund according to the “Regulation on Distance Agreements” Title of Article 15 - g (link) issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, or its successor. According to compliance with the terms specified in the product content, you may have a chance to push your booking or present it to another person instead of processing your cancellation request. Please inform us with your booking number and request by sending an email to [email protected] from your contact address which you used in booking. You can be sure that we will do whatever we can to help you.

I want to change my reservation. How can I do it?

Please let us know about your reservation number and your request along with your Live Support module or your email address at [email protected]. We will review your request for changes and return to you as soon as possible according to the conditions specified in the product content.

I want to increase the number of people on my booking. What should I do?

The easiest and fastest way is to make a new booking entry in 1-2 minutes. Add your previous booking number and message to the note section of the booking. This way, you can inform your service provider and help him/her organize the activity according to your group.

I did my activity. Is there anything I need to do? Where can I comment and rate?

Congrats! We hope you are satisfied with the activity. Your opinions are important to us. To share your feelings and thoughts with us and all other participants about your booking, you can write a comment or rate using a 5-point scale. For review, log in to your “Profile” page by entering your email and password in the “Log In” field located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
