I cannot find my password. How can I renew it?
You can easily create a new password from the step I Forgot My Password by using the email address you used for membership. Enter your email and check you mailbox. Follow the instructions in the email received from Aktivido and create your new password.
I cannot access my booking information. What should I do?
You can view all your booking information on your “Profile” page by entering your email and password in the Log In section located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
