TSSF/CMAS 2-STAR DIVER COURSE

TSSF/CMAS One-Star Diver Training Program

It will make you gain some additional authorities and responsibilities with a two-star diver's license and also, if you are older than 18, you will have a right to plan and dive to a depth of up to 30 meters with other two-star divers. If you are under 18, you can dive to a depth up to 24 meters with divers having at least three stars.

At the end of the theoretical trainings of this course, in addition to the subjects you have learned during theoretical trainings of the one-star diver's course, you will have learned natural and compass navigation techniques necessary to navigate without losing direction in a course designated under the water, some of the diving diseases and accidents that may possibly happen in case of not obeying underwater safety rules, deep diving, boat diving, doing specialized diving requiring special training, turbid water diving, night diving, diving in case of currents and underwater search and rescue techniques and the things you must pay attention to while selecting for a diving area.

During your underwater practices, in addition to the skills you have learned from previous lessons, there will be trainings that will increase your navigation, deep diving and rescue diving skills.

Conditions of Participation

Being at least 15 years old (for the ones under 18, parent's permission required), being healthy and signing the notice that s/he has no health condition to prevent him/her from doing equipped diving (for the ones under 18, parent's permission required), having one-star diver certificate or another certificate deemed equal by the Federation, after getting one-star diver certificate doing at least 20 dives and documenting it with diving log book, having at least elementary school certificate.

So, What Does 2* Diver Mean?

S/he is a diver who knows search & rescue subjects, has the experience to assist the group leader and who can dive to a depth of 30 meters at maximum with another 2* diver over 18 years old. S/he cannot do night dives.

The Non-Inclusives in the Course Fee:

Transportation, accommodation, food and beverage and personal expenditures. 

Professional photo shooting (Optional):

It includes model, objective or organizational shoots under water.

The Inclusives in the Service Fee:

• Professional underwater camera,
• Light and backdrop (depending on the project)
