Nihan Hantal met yoga in 1999 in the United States. In fact, she was a graduate of Political Science and worked in the maritime sector. In 2008, she received yoga instructor training from Cyndi Lee in OM Yoga Center New York, which changed her life completely and reshaped it with yoga. She also studied Buddhism from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and David Nichtern from valuable teachers such as Rodney Yee, Desertle Saidman and Shiva Rea.
In 2010 she lived in India. She taught at Shushumna Yoga / Goa. Since 2011 she has organized trainings, lectures and retreats in Istanbul, Cyprus, Italy, France and Morocco. In 2016, she established her own center +HIC in Istanbul.
Vinyasa teaches biomechanics of movements combined with yoga philosophy. She is currently studying Bhakti Yoga as a student of Radhanath Swami and Dhanurdhara Swami. Since 2011, she has been serving as Global Committee Ambassador at Yoga Gives Back, an international charity.
